We are not liable for any loss resulting from such interruptions. If we discontinue a material feature you rely on, we will provide reasonable notice when practical.
6. Third-party content and links
Headlines, summaries, and outbound links surfaced through the Service originate from third-party publishers and data providers. Oxuz does not create the original articles and is not responsible for their accuracy or legality. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
This section governs aggregated third-party headlines and links; it does not apply to original editorial content published by Oxuz under the Editor's Desk.

Oxuz, Inc. retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, branding, and proprietary data pipelines. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your internal purposes. News content displayed through the Service remains the property of its respective publishers; you are responsible for complying with their terms when following outbound links.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. You and Oxuz, Inc. agree to seek informal resolution before initiating formal proceedings.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use of Oxuz after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy
Updated July 14, 2026
We built Oxuz to respect reader privacy while delivering timely intelligence. This Privacy Policy explains how Oxuz, Inc. ("Oxuz", "we", "us") collects, uses, and safeguards information when you visit or interact with our website and related services. It forms part of, and is incorporated into, the Terms of Service above.
1. Information we collect
-
Account data. Email address and authentication identifiers (such as
google_id) provided via Google Sign-In. We do not store your name, physical address, or phone number. - Subscription details. A customer identifier linked to Stripe. Oxuz does not store payment card numbers or billing addresses; Stripe processes and stores these details on our behalf.
- Usage data. Standard server log files and session status (logged-in vs. guest) needed to administer access limits.
- Support communications. Messages you send to our support addresses, including any attachments you choose to share.
2. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Service.
- Manage subscription status and strictly enforce access limits (for example, headline caps for guests versus subscribers).
- Process transactions through our payment provider.
- Communicate with you about security notifications or account status.
- Analyse aggregated traffic trends to guide editorial sourcing decisions.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis (such as the EU/EEA and UK), we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent for optional communications.
3. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:
- Service providers that support hosting, analytics, advertising, payment processing, or customer communication, bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Legal authorities when required to comply with applicable law, regulation, or court order.
- Successor entities in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Privacy Policy’s protections.
- Professional advisers (such as lawyers or accountants) where necessary for legitimate business purposes.
When we engage a service provider, we ensure they process personal information only on our instructions and with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.
4. Cookies and tracking
Oxuz uses a limited set of strictly necessary cookies (HTTP-only) to maintain your active session and verify your subscription status. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate readership, such as which pages are visited and the approximate region and device type of visitors; the resulting data is processed by Google on our behalf. In regions whose laws require opt-in consent (including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), Google Analytics operates in cookieless mode and sets no cookies. We display advertising through Google AdSense. Visitors in those regions are shown a consent message, provided by Google, that controls whether Google may set advertising cookies to personalise the ads they see; without consent, ads are shown on a non-personalised basis and no advertising cookies are set, and previously given consent can be reviewed or withdrawn through the ad-preferences link Google provides alongside its ads. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Oxuz operates with a remote-first team primarily based in the United States. When personal data is transferred across borders, we implement safeguards consistent with applicable data protection laws, including standard contractual clauses or other approved mechanisms where required.
6. Data retention
We favour a low-retention data model. Session cookies expire automatically after 90 days. Because our database stores minimal profile information (email and authentication identifiers only), we retain this data only while you maintain an account to facilitate login and subscription recognition. When you request deletion by emailing [email protected] or by written notice, we flag your account for deletion promptly upon receipt and permanently erase your account record from our database within 30 days, severing the link to any payment history held by Stripe. To cancel an active subscription and stop billing, manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal, which we link to from the site menu.
7. Your choices and rights
- Request deletion of your account and personal information, or access or correction of your data, at any time by emailing [email protected]. You may also write to us at Attn: Secretary, Oxuz, Inc., 1111B S Governors Ave #97633, Dover, DE 19904, United States.
- Export a machine-readable copy of your data by emailing [email protected].
- Opt out of marketing communications using unsubscribe links or by mailing a request to Attn: Secretary, Oxuz, Inc., 1111B S Governors Ave #97633, Dover, DE 19904, United States.
- Where mandated by regional regulations (such as GDPR), exercise additional rights including restricting or objecting to specific processing activities.
Residents of jurisdictions with enhanced privacy rules (including California, Colorado, Virginia, the EU/EEA, and the UK) may have supplemental rights. We will verify your identity before fulfilling requests and may decline requests that conflict with legal obligations.
8. How we protect information
We use a combination of technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls restricted to authorised personnel, regular logging, and vendor security reviews. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
9. Children
Oxuz is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational changes or regulatory requirements. Material updates will be announced through the Service or via email. Continued use after an update signifies acceptance.
